At Castaway Salon, we strive to provide our clients with the best possible service and experience. When you book an appointment with us, we reserve that time just for you. We understand that life can get busy, but please remember that when you forget to cancel your appointment without giving our stylists enough notice, we not only miss the opportunity to fill your appointment time, but we also miss the opportunity to provide services for other guests. To help you remember your appointment, we use our booking platform as a reminder system and ask that you confirm your appointment 24 hours in advance.
We require a credit card on file to book an appointment, and we kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If you fail to show up for your scheduled appointment without advanced notice, your credit card will be charged the full amount of your service. We understand that emergencies can happen, and we will evaluate these situations on a case-by-case basis. However, if you habitually miss appointments or do not give us the courtesy of advanced notice, we may not be able to continue providing services for you.

Gift certificates from Castaway Salon are a wonderful way to treat someone special to a little self-care. They’re non-refundable and must be presented when services are provided. While they can’t be redeemed for cash, they can be used toward any eligible salon service. Please note that any unused balance will be forfeited, so we encourage recipients to enjoy the full value.
Because gift certificates are like cash, we’re unable to replace them if they’re lost, stolen, or misplaced—so please store them in a safe place. Expired certificates or those that have been altered or tampered with cannot be accepted. Gratuity and any additional services beyond the certificate’s value are the responsibility of the recipient.
