We require a credit card on file to book an appointment, and we kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If you fail to show up for your scheduled appointment without advanced notice, your credit card will be charged the full amount of your service. We understand that emergencies can happen, and we will evaluate these situations on a case-by-case basis. However, if you habitually miss appointments or do not give us the courtesy of advanced notice, we may not be able to continue providing services for you.

Gift certificates from Castaway Salon are a thoughtful and appreciated way to show someone you care. Our gift certificates are non-refundable and must be presented at the time services are rendered. They cannot be redeemed for cash, and any unused portion of the certificate will be forfeited. Gift certificates are not replaceable if lost, stolen, or misplaced, so please keep them in a safe place.
